Our Fees

At Nounou Recruit, we believe every family deserves a truly bespoke experience. We don’t rely on databases or algorithms — instead, we carefully handpick candidates who meet the highest standards and align perfectly with your household’s needs.

Our aim is to make the process seamless and reassuring, giving you confidence that your children are in exceptional hands. When you work with us, you’re not just a client — you’re part of the Nounou Recruit family.

  • Registration fee - Permanent Placement

    • $150 (non-refundable fee)

    • Paid prior to the commencement of our nanny search

    • Deducted from your total placement fee

  • Permanent nanny placement fee - Includes a 4-week replacement guarantee for added peace of mind.

    • Part-time Nanny (< 30hrs) - from $1500

    • Full-time Nanny (> 30 hrs) - from $1900

    • Before and After School Nanny - from $250

      • Recommended: Consider a paid trial day with your selected candidate to confirm the right fit before committing.

      • Please note: Superannuation is paid on top of the nanny’s hourly or weekly wage in accordance with Australian law.

  • Temporary nanny placement fees

    • $40 daily  ($50 for less than 24 hrs notice)

    • $400 monthly

      • Superannuation applies to temporary placements where legally required.

  • International/Travel nanny placements

    • We provide tailored support for families requiring travel or overseas care.

  • Nanny Rates

    • Senior Nanny - from $40 per hour 

    • Junior Nanny - from $30 per hour

    • Before & After School Nanny - from $30 per hour

      • Superannuation is paid in addition to these hourly rates.
