How It Works
1. Register Your Family
Complete our Family Registration Form and pay the Registration & Search Fee to begin the process.
We'll then arrange your consultation and start building a detailed understanding of the role and your family's requirements.
2. Consultation & Family Profile
We discuss your children, routines, schedule, household, expectations and the qualities you're looking for in your nanny.
This allows us to develop a clear position profile and recruit specifically for your family.
3. Search & Recruitment
We begin a targeted search for candidates whose experience and professional approach align with your requirements.
Potential candidates are screened and assessed before being considered for introduction to your family.
4. Candidate Introductions
We present suitable candidates for your consideration and coordinate interviews with those you would like to meet.
Rather than overwhelming families with applications, our focus is on presenting considered candidates with genuine potential for the role.
5. Interviews & Feedback
We coordinate interviews and gather feedback from both family and candidate throughout the process.
Where appropriate, we recommend a paid trial with your preferred candidate before finalising the placement. All trial hours are paid directly to the candidate at the agreed rate.
6. Placement
Once you've selected your preferred nanny, we assist with the offer and finalisation of the position.
We can provide guidance around remuneration and the practical details of commencing the placement, together with a template employment agreement where appropriate.
7. Ongoing Support
Our involvement doesn't end on your nanny's first day.
Eligible permanent placements are supported by our 8-Week Replacement Guarantee, subject to the conditions and exclusions contained in the Nounou Recruit Client Agreement.
We also remain available to support both family and nanny as the working relationship develops.
