    • We carefully review your family profile and begin our recruitment process. This includes searching our existing database of vetted nannies and advertising your role to attract high-quality candidates. Only nannies who meet our strict standards and align with your household’s needs are presented, ensuring a thoughtful and successful match.

  • Candidate Selection

    • We arrange interviews and perform comprehensive background checks. Our goal is to provide a shortlist of exceptional nannies who are the right fit for your family.

  • Interviews and Feedback

    • We schedule interviews with your selected candidates at a time that suits your family. After each meeting, we gather confidential feedback from both you and the candidates to ensure the best possible match.

      For added confidence, we recommend a paid trial day with your top candidates. This allows your children and household to experience the nanny in your home, helping you make a fully informed decision before committing to a permanent placement.

    Hiring and Support

    • Once you’ve selected your nanny, we assist with the offer, and negotiation of salary and work agreement, including providing a contract template, if needed.
